I provide personalized support in math—covering arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and statistics—using engaging methods like mental math, real-world problems, logic puzzles, pattern recognition and optionally math kangaroo problems for Grades 2-6 to build critical thinking.
I also teach Scratch coding to students in Grades 3–8 through a hands-on, interactive course designed to lay a strong programming foundation with concepts inspired by text-based languages. Students not only learn to code, but to write cleaner, more efficient programs. |

Why Work With Me? Personalized Attention That Makes a Difference In my one-on-one or ultra-small group sessions (just 1–2 students), a student gets the kind of focused attention that’s hard to find elsewhere — often four times more than at a typical tutoring center. It allows for pinpointing gaps, delving deeper into complex topics, and ensuring a strong grasp of key concepts and fundamentals. Flexible, Responsive Sessions — Tailored to Your Needs For some students, following a structured curriculum makes sense, such as preparing for the next grade’s math. For others, the focus may be on current school topics, homework help, or test prep. Whether we’re following a curriculum or adjusting to immediate needs, I provide the flexibility to ensure my sessions serve the unique needs of the student. Faster Progress, Deeper Learning and Competitive Edge Because we're not tied to a rigid curriculum, students can move quickly through what they already know—staying challenged and engaged as they tackle new concepts or more advanced approaches. This flexible pace supports faster progress and deeper learning, with the help of hands-on tools, visual aids, and real-world examples that make ideas stick. A Real Connection — Not Just a Tutor, But a Mentor I build strong, supportive relationships where students feel understood, encouraged, and confident. They know they can ask questions, make mistakes, and ask for help without fear or judgment. Over time, I become a mentor as well as a tutor — someone who celebrates their successes, cheers them on, and helps them grow both academically and personally. Clear Communication & Progress Updates Students receive thoughtful, specific feedback on what they’re doing well and where they can grow. I also keep parents informed with regular updates, so they stay connected, confident, and involved in their child’s learning journey. Homeschooling environment Forget rows of desks and noisy classrooms. My sessions happen in a quiet, cozy setting that feels more like a homeschool nook than a tutoring center. This relaxed vibe helps students stay calm, focused, and open to learning. |
