I offer personalized math tutoring for students from Kindergarten through Grade 8. I follow the common Core curriculum as a base, but am flexible to adjust based on each student's school or parent preferences.

In the first session, I conduct an assessment to understand where your child stands. I share detailed results with you, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. From there, I create a custom learning plan to guide future lessons.

I also provide homework help and test preparation, depending on what’s needed each day. Worksheets and materials are sourced from trusted educational websites and books.

For students in Grades 2–6, I offer optional Math Kangaroo-style challenges (15–30 minutes per session) to build advanced problem-solving skills.

I've designed this course with a strong foundation in mind—it's based on how programming is taught in higher grades, using text-based languages. By starting with Scratch, a beginner-friendly visual coding language, students from Grade 3 to Grade 8 can build essential programming skills in a fun and accessible way.

Whether your child is brand new to coding or already has some Scratch experience, this course offers a rewarding experience. We cover all the core Scratch concepts—variables, loops, conditionals, animations, and even game development—through hands-on, project-based learning. Each session builds on the last, but the structure also allows flexibility for students who may miss a class to jump back in with ease.

You can choose the format that works best for your family:

• Online sessions are done over Google Meet, using screen sharing, interactive tools and online worksheets.
• In-person sessions take place at my home tutoring space.
• Parents are welcome to wait in a cozy lounge area (my den!) and enjoy coffee, or drop off and return after the session.

• Sunday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Closed on Saturdays
